INTEGRATION OF THE RAILWAY IN THE CITY OF LOGROÑO
For the burying of the railway in Logroño, the construction of an intermodal station for the railway and buses is proposed. A large station is designed, freeing up the surface, where a longitudinal park is planned. The use of Atlantis is proposed as a surface that receives the water filtered by the ground and conducts it horizontally towards drainage ditches and reservoirs.

Objective: To maintain hydrology prior to the development process.
The development extends over almost 252,000 m2, has a sail-shaped main building of 19 floors and 93 m in height. It will be a small town with numerous green areas, with seven other main buildings.
The development is provided with a rainwater collection, filtration and retention system. The green areas adjacent to the building are provided with storage and infiltration tanks. Atlantis cells are applied under permeable paving and modular tanks in green areas.
